Seeing my book on the shelf in a bookstore is a thrill that will never, ever, ever grow old. It’s something I never imagined I could accomplish, and I still want to (gently) pinch myself whenever I scan through the ‘W’s at the end of the picture book section and see my name looking back at me.

ANIMALS MOVE has been out in the world for a few months now, but due to a very unfortunately-timed injury I’ve been unable to do much in the way of promotion for this poor, neglected book baby of mine. If you’ve had a chance to read ANIMALS MOVE, I’d be so incredibly grateful if you’d consider sharing a review on your website of choice. Reviews are such an important way to connect books with potential readers, and I appreciate and value each and every review I receive.
It’s hard enough to launch a book during a pandemic, but trying to do so while largely out of commission has been a trying experience, to say the least! I’m so, so proud of this book, and I hope it can still find its way into libraries, preschools and home collections, where it can be read, shared and loved.
Take care of yourselves, friends!
